City Invasion
Monsters want to reach the city at the origin (0, 0). Stop them!
Step 1 — Zap monsters fast
Monsters appear on the grid one at a time. Each has a countdown ring — type its coordinates and fire before the ring runs out!
Step 2 — Don't let them lock
If a monster's timer runs out, it locks — it turns gray and you can no longer shoot it. Locked monsters stay on the grid.
Step 3 — Watch your quadrants
The grid has four sections called quadrants. If 3 monsters lock in the same quadrant, they merge into one giant monster!
Step 4 — Stop the merger
The giant monster travels in a straight line toward the y-axis. Its equation y = mx + b is shown on screen — use it to predict where it is headed!
When it reaches the y-axis it pauses at its y-intercept. That's your secret weapon — shoot x = 0, y = b to destroy it!
Step 5 — Protect the city
If you miss the y-intercept, the monster travels down to the city. Three hits and the city is destroyed — game over!
